One of the best things about living in Turkey is the fresh fruit and vegetable markets. In fact it was one of the reasons I chose to move here. There is unbelievable choice and although the prices have risen quite a lot since I came here, they are still amazing value for money.

However, they do sell a lot of things which I haven’t a clue what to do with but you can rest assured that the housewives here can make great meals from it.

I have gave this guy a fair few pennies over the years as my son used to ask for a toy every time we went. Fortunately they also were cheap so they never broke the bank balance.

They also sell fresh fish and a great selection of cheese and olives as well as clothes and household items there. Apart from electrical goods you could get practically all your shopping here.

    Where is fresh food market exactly in antalya

    There are many fresh food markets all around Antalya. Each local area has it’s own particular day when it appears. If you are here then just ask a local and they should be able to tell you when and where it is.
